Refund and Returns Policy

UseIloka accepts return requests within 14 days after delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn and in original packaging.

To request a return, email support@useiloka.com with your order number and reason. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution when applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
